Open your member area and use your subscription’s billing controls. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The Day Pass ends after 24 hours without renewing.

Check that you are signed into the account used at purchase and that your subscription is active. Check spam, Telegram connection and notification permissions. A no-pick day is possible when no selection meets our standard.
Refunds and access problems
For a duplicate charge or paid access that cannot be delivered, contact us with your receipt so we can resolve the issue. A losing pick does not itself qualify for a refund. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
